FAQS

  • 7 day Guarantee: If you’re not happy or 100% satisfied with your service, we will get you back on the books to fix any correction for the same service performed prior with the same service provider. If you choose to switch your service provider for your redo, you will need to pay the difference in price.

  • Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice for cancellations, as it gives us time to fill your slot. We know things happen, but please give us enough time in advanced.

  • Late Arrival Policy: We please ask that you show up on time for your appointments. We know things happen, but if you’re more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time, we will POSSIBLY need to reschedule for another day.

  • Quotes / Specials: If we price quote you, that quote is only valid for up to 4 weeks (as hair grows, and the price is subject to change). We put out specials monthly, so please keep in mind that each special is only valid during the month that its posted for.

  • We at Dos Flamingos love to take photos of clients and share our work/your happiness on social media platforms. We respect our clients privacy and will always ask permission before any photos are obtained/published. You reserve the right to decline being photographed or uploaded to social media platforms.
